Tarot, Magic and Circles

As part of her creative practise Rebecca has explored tarot, ancient beliefs and the cycles of the moon. Living closer to nature, at the edge of the Peak District, the changing of the seasons is dramatic and inspiring. Like those before her, Rebecca is discovering the unique environment she lives in, full of magic and mystery.

Tarot

Rebecca loves the complex imagery and meanings of Tarot, using the cards to tell stories, gain insights and reflect what others are going through. She is self-taught and has studied a variety of tarot practises, creating her own unique readings for clients.

After using tarot for self-reflection and art inspiration, Rebecca began giving readings to friends and sometimes strangers, enjoying the unique process of exploring what the cards could mean for each individual.

Her readings are gentle, accessible and can be a source of inner reflection in the midst of busy schedules and a chaotic world.

The way the cards and Rebecca’s unique interpretation helped and brought comfort to loved ones encouraged her to share this practise with others.

From traditional tarot spreads to unique spreads created for a client, to using the cards to ask questions and gain wisdom at key life moments, Rebecca can deliver readings online, in person or over the phone.

Magic and Rituals

Exploring ancient cultures, their beliefs and magical practises has always been a source of inspiration. Art is a magical process in itself, creating something from nothing.

Rebecca loves living in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, surrounded by ancient woodlands, magical stone circles and a wealth of folk tales.

She has developed her own practises, sharing in monthly full moon circles, with a burning (of paper!) letting go ritual and creating new ways to connect with the earth, the seasons and others. From runes made out of conkers to tiny brooms and Brigid’s crosses, Rebecca weaves the ancient and the creative together.

Moon Circles

Each month Rebecca gathers friends in her Derbyshire home to explore what the next month could hold, make a seasonal craft and spend time journalling. Based around the zodiac sign of the full moon, each circle is intimate, welcoming and suitable for anyone looking to explore their own creativity.

She also holds online circles around the same theme for those who want to get involved but can’t make it to Derbyshire. Craft and creative activities will be made from easily accessible items and have included mini glass dome worlds, decorated pumpkins, gemini baubles, goal sticker charts and sparkly moon jars. If you are interested in joining a moon circle or Rebecca facilitating a circle for your friends or event, please get in touch.
